Device Won't Turn On

Check these first

1. Power connection

• Ensure the power cable is fully and firmly plugged into both the machine and the wall outlet.

• The cable connection point on the machine should be seated with no gap.

2. Wall outlet

• Try a different wall outlet — the outlet itself may be the problem.

• If using a power strip, test with a direct wall connection to rule out the strip.

3. Power switch

• Locate the main power switch on the machine and confirm it is in the ON position.

• Some users accidentally leave the switch in the OFF position after setup.

4. International power adapter

• If you're outside the US and using a power adapter, confirm the adapter is rated for the voltage in your country and is correctly configured.
