1. Power connection
Ensure the power cable is fully and firmly plugged into both the machine and the wall outlet.
The cable connection point on the machine should be seated with no gap.
2. Wall outlet
Try a different wall outlet — the outlet itself may be the problem.
If using a power strip, test with a direct wall connection to rule out the strip.
3. Power switch
Locate the main power switch on the machine and confirm it is in the ON position.
Some users accidentally leave the switch in the OFF position after setup.
4. International power adapter
If you're outside the US and using a power adapter, confirm the adapter is rated for the voltage in your country and is correctly configured.
