Motorbunny machines purchased directly from motorbunny.com are eligible for return within 45 days of delivery. No questions asked.
How it works:
Contact support within 45 days of delivery to initiate a return
Ship the machine back (attachments are yours to keep — only the machine needs to be returned)
Receive a full refund of your purchase price, minus a return fee (see motorbunny.com for current amount)
Attachments and accessories
Accessories and attachments are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a defective accessory, contact support for a possible replacement.

Motorbunny does not publish a specific refund processing timeline on their site. Contact support for current estimates after your return is received.
Damage on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, you must file a damage claim within 48 hours of delivery. See Filing a Damage Claim for steps.
