Motorbunny machines come with an 11-year parts and labor warranty — one of the longest in the industry (Sybian offers 5 years; Cowgirl offers 1 year).

What's covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under proper usage

What's not covered

• Accidental damage (drops, spills)

• Physical damage from misuse

• Normal wear on attachments and accessories (attachments are not covered by the warranty)

After the first 5 years, flat-rate repairs are available. Contact support for current repair pricing.

The warranty coverage for the Motorbunny Jack and Fluffer handheld devices may differ from the 11-year machine warranty. Contact support for clarification on your specific product.

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to the warranty, all Motorbunny machines come with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can return the machine within 45 days for a full refund minus a return fee.
