Defects in materials and workmanship under proper usage
Accidental damage (drops, spills)
Physical damage from misuse
Normal wear on attachments and accessories (attachments are not covered by the warranty)

The warranty coverage for the Motorbunny Jack and Fluffer handheld devices may differ from the 11-year machine warranty. Contact support for clarification on your specific product.
In addition to the warranty, all Motorbunny machines come with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can return the machine within 45 days for a full refund minus a return fee.
