If the Fluffer app crashes, freezes, or stops responding, here is how to recover and how to report it so the team can investigate.
Force-close the app:
iOS: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press Home on older iPhones) to open the app switcher. Swipe up on Fluffer to close it. Then reopen Fluffer.
Android: Tap the square (Recents) button to open the app switcher. Swipe away the Fluffer card to close it. Then reopen Fluffer.
After a force-close, Fluffer restarts cleanly. Your account and settings are preserved.
The fastest way to report a crash is via the built-in feedback tool:
Shake your phone — shaking the device while Fluffer is open opens the Gleap feedback form automatically
Alternatively, tap the Help or Feedback button if available on the current screen
Describe what you were doing when the crash happened
Include any error messages you saw
Fluffer automatically attaches device info, OS version, and app version to the report — you do not need to add these manually
Submit the report
The Fluffer team reviews all feedback reports and uses them to identify and fix recurring issues.
What you were doing when the crash happened (e.g., "playing the controller at high intensity with Music Mode active")

Your device model and iOS/Android version
If the app crashes before you can shake it to report, reopen the app and shake immediately on the first screen you can — the crash log is still available briefly after relaunch.
