If Tip4Fuel is connected but tips are not driving your device, or if the connection fails entirely, work through these steps.
Token expired or invalid — Chaturbate Events API tokens expire periodically. Go to your Chaturbate account settings, generate a new Events API URL, and update the token in Fluffer's Chaturbate connection screen.
Wrong username — confirm the username in Fluffer exactly matches your Chaturbate broadcaster username (case-sensitive).
Network issue — Fluffer connects directly to Chaturbate's Events API over the internet. Check that your phone has an active internet connection.
Confirm a device is connected in the Devices tab
Check that the Tip4Fuel session is actively running (tap Start Session if it is not)
Check Motor Toggles and Max Power Level (see Device Not Responding)
Check your token-to-fuel conversion table — if all tiers are set to 0 fuel, tips will not generate any output
If the Testbed toggle is enabled in the Chaturbate connection settings, Fluffer is in test mode and only responds to simulated test events — not real tips. Disable testbed when streaming live.
If real tips are happening on your Chaturbate stream but Fluffer is not receiving them:
Confirm the Events API URL in Fluffer matches what is shown in your Chaturbate account settings
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Chaturbate connection in Fluffer
Check if Chaturbate's Events API is working by visiting your Events API URL in a browser — it should show a JSON response
Use the testbed toggle with a few simulated tips to confirm your full setup is working before going live. This catches connection and fuel configuration issues before viewers can see them.
