Packaging

All Motorbunny orders ship in a plain brown box sent from "Fulfillment Center." There is no Motorbunny branding, no product description, and nothing on the exterior that identifies the contents.

Shipping

• Carrier: standard US ground carriers

Billing

Your credit card statement will show the charge from the fulfillment processor, not "Motorbunny." If you have a question about what appears on your statement, contact [email protected].

• The Motorbunny store uses 256-bit AES encryption (Shopify platform)

• Payment card data is deleted after transaction completion — it is not stored

• Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties
