Motorbunny does not currently have a self-service order tracking portal. All order status inquiries go through support.

How to check your order status

Email [email protected] with your order number and request a status update.

Response timing:

• Order status is typically available 24 hours after your purchase confirmation

• If you've received a shipping confirmation, your tracking number has been assigned — allow up to 24 additional hours for the carrier to update their tracking system after pickup

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
