The Motorbunny Original and Buck ship with an included Bluetooth controller. If the controller isn't responding, work through these steps.
1. Bluetooth is enabled
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone or tablet.
2. Proximity
The controller works best within 10 feet and up to 15 feet of the machine.
Move closer to the machine and test again.
3. Only one device connected at a time
Only one controller or app can be connected to the machine at a time.
If the Fluffer app is connected, disconnect it before testing the physical controller (and vice versa).
4. Power cycle
Turn the machine off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Restart your phone if using the Fluffer app.
5. Re-pair
If the controller has lost its pairing, power off the machine, hold the controller pairing button to reset, then power the machine back on and allow it to pair.
For full wireless control with additional features (music sync, pattern playback, partner sharing), use the Fluffer app (iOS and Android). The app gives you more control than the physical controller.
